How to Enter
- Enter into an Unconditional Contract of Purchase and Sale for the sale of a property using our services exclusively prior to December 31, 2013. = 2 Entries
- Enter into an exclusive buyer’s agency agreement with Josh Prowse & Associates that expires no earlier than December 31, 2013. = 1 Entry
- Purchase and Sell a property with us prior to December 31, 2013. = 1 Bonus Entry
- Refer a client to Josh Prowse & Associates who enters into an Unconditional Contract of Purchase and Sale to either purchase or sell a property with us prior to December 31, 2013. = 1 Entry for the Referrer
- Buy one of our current listings using Josh Prowse & Associates’ services in either a customer relationship or as a limited dual agent. = 1 Bonus Entry for Buyer
- Enter into a Property Management Contract with Josh Prowse & Associates that ends no earlier than December 31, 2013, Tenant Find Only excluded. = 1 Entry
- Use one of our Preferred Service Providers in conjunction with a completed purchase or sale for which Josh Prowse & Associates is either the Buyer’s Agent, the Seller’s agent, or both. = 1-2 Entries (See Service Provider Section Below)
